Purchase options and cancellations

 

Pegasus Gym Store is operated by Cook Family Ltd t/a Pegasus Gym. We are not currently offering new product subscriptions or subscription discounts. Current one-off purchases do not create an automatic repeat order or recurring charge.

 

If you have an existing product subscription from before new subscriptions were withdrawn, contact info@pegasusgym.co.uk or call 01296 256745 with your order or subscription reference to cancel future renewals. You can also use the subscription-management link in your confirmation email where available. Please cancel before the next scheduled payment to prevent that renewal being processed. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order already charged or dispatched; contact us so we can handle that order under our refund policy and your statutory rights.

 

For one-off orders, including items ordered in for gym collection or dispatched by a supplier, our Returns, cancellations & refunds policy applies: https://pegasusgymstore.co.uk/policies/refund-policy. Eligible online purchases retain their applicable cancellation rights when collected from the gym. The 4–6 week lead time for Pegasus BJJ Gis and rashguards does not itself make a standard item non-cancellable.

 

Contact Pegasus Gym Store for cancellation requests even if a supplier is fulfilling your order. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
