Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products being made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to assist you with an exchange for a different size, provided it is in stock. Alternatively, we can also accommodate adding the additional size to our next bulk order on the 28th.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of collection. Our team will assist you in finding the right size and arranging the exchange.
